Jobs

Jobs are the core of the lawncare workflow — each one is a scheduled field visit. Create a job with: client, service type (pulled from settings), date, time, address, price, and recurrence (One-Time / Weekly / Bi-Weekly / Monthly). Status flows: Scheduled → In Progress → Completed (or Cancelled). The Calendar view shows all jobs in a month or week grid.

Clients

Full CRUD — name, email, phone, service address, city, zip, status, notes. When you create a job, select the client from a dropdown. Client records show job history.

Estimates

Create an estimate to quote a new customer before converting them. Fields: client (optional for new leads), services list, total price, status (Draft / Sent / Accepted / Declined), valid-until date. Use the "Convert to Invoice" button once accepted.

Invoices

Invoice number auto-increments (set starting number in Settings). Status flow: Draft → Sent → Paid (or Overdue). Line items support per-item description, quantity, and unit price. Use the Print button for a customer-ready printout.

Reports

Revenue bar chart (monthly); job counts by status; top clients by revenue; estimate conversion rate. All calculated from live data — no separate analytics setup needed.

Settings

All configurable without code changes: business name, phone, email, address, service types (JSON array — drives public site + estimate form), invoice footer, invoice/estimate next-number counters, admin password change.
